Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your registration up to 14 days before the programme start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before start date are non-refundable, though programme credits may be offered at our discretion.
If we cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another programme date.
Attendance and Participation
Regular attendance is expected for programme participants. If you miss sessions:
- Catch-up materials may be provided where possible
- Missed sessions do not entitle you to refunds or fee reductions
