Sessions are held in our comfortable learning space on the first floor. Accessible via stairs or lift.

We provide all materials. Just bring yourself and any specific questions you'd like to address.

First sessions are always free initial consultations. We'll discuss your goals, answer questions, and make sure the programme is right for you before any commitment.
